June is Dairy Month!

Did you know that June is Dairy month?? Let’s celebrate with a nice, cold glass of milk or maybe even a smoothie! In honor of Dairy month I’m sharing one of my absolute favorite smoothie recipes with you! In exchange, I’d love to know if this is as big of a hit in your household as it is in mine.

Blues Buster Smoothie

Ingredients
1 6-ounce container low-fat blueberry flavored yogurt
1/2 cup apple juice
2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
3-4 ice cubes

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy.
